Same here, everything I found seems to mount to the headset. I have a '58 AllState with a screw in that hole and I can't see how a windshield could mount from there without interfering with articulating the headset.
I looked at lots of old windshields, but all seem to mount to the headset. I'd love to see a pic of how one mounts here.
How do you mount an effective windshield from this screw unless there's something more going on...
