Anyone know if there's something I can do to adjust this or did the actual LCD get jostled somehow? It was fine before but just noticed this and can't find anything in the manual.

Welcome to MV and congratulations on your first post!

There's nothing to adjust!

Contact your dealer. I know that there are problems with a series of speedometer units on the Keyless-Go GTS from MY23 onwards. The problem should be known to dealers and Vespa.

Please let us know how it goes!

Appreciate the reply and the warm welcome! That's both fortunate and unfortunate to hear, but I'll be sure to reach out to them. Cheers!

Was told that it probably melted in the sunlight, which is pretty surprising given that I keep it covered whenever not in use. Guess I'll need to figure out another storage solution.

Definitely something's wrong with the arch of the bezel inside. Either a wrong part or it's deformed. Do you happen to have a tall windscreen on?? There's a warning on it to avoid having the scooter parked with the sun behind it because the reflection can damage the speedo…

Warranty time…

How it should look…
