Got a weird one for you. I pulled out the gauge cluster to put a battery in the clock and swap the bulbs for leds. I plugged in just the cluster, headlight and turn signal switches to verify that everything lights up the way it should. They did, so I put everything back into the headset, mounted on the handlebars and checked again to find that the turn signals now do not work. Indicators in the cluster don't flash, signals on rear of the bike do not work. All fuses visibly are intact. I'm still really new to Vespas, so not sure where to look.

try putting the old bulbs back in (remove the LED bulbs from the dash).

It is not sufficient to check fuses visually. Always measure with a multimeter or test lamp! But that won't be the problem here.

I assume that a plug connection came loose again during reassembly. So open the handlebar cover again and check.

I currently have the handlebar cover off and switches plugged in, no signals. I'll test the fuses this weekend.
