Hi all, I'm going to redo the wiring on a smallframe I just picked up a few weeks ago as it was raced and it had a funky harness in it that only powered the headlight, tail light, and kill switch, with both the headlight and taillight being on always when the engine is running with no switch to turn them off. There is no break light, break light switch, horn, or master switch, which all is going to be added back.

I ordered a harness for the European style VSX1T/VLX1T/VNX1T scooters that have no battery, but have turn signals (which I'm also installing), however since these model scooters have a master switch and turn signal switch that have harnesses on them that connect to the main harness, is it possible to run a typical smallframe master switch as well as 3 position switch for the turn signals with this style of harness?

I'm going off this wiring diagram and trying to figure out what wires to connect to what, when running typical style switches, as in what is used and what is not used or tied together: https://www.scooterhelp.com/electrics/wiring/VNX1T.VLX1T.no.battery.pdf

There is no ignition switch or turn signal indicator light on mine, so I would know how to run the green wire just directly into the regulator rather than a ignition switch, but I'm more confused on how I could connect everything into the main switch and turn signal switch.

These are the style of switches I'm using:

https://www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/light-switch-for-vespa-50-n-l-r_60095100

And these are the switches originally for the style of harness I'm using:

As another note, the scooter has an electronic ignition from a P200E, but eventually I will be putting a Vape AC in it. Idk if that will cause issues running this harness for the current electronic ignition as the harness is for a typical coil ignition, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Wrong choice of loom. You just needed a 12V conversion loom for a smallframe / Rally, etc. with the necessary switches (lights and rear brake)…

Loom with correct light switch…
Loom

Rear brake switch…
Brake Switch

Gotcha, I already have a 12V break switch. Does that harness work for turn signals? I know sometimes these aftermarket harnesses have an additional harness you attach for connection to a flasher and switch.

This will also work with the style of turn signal switch I have as well?
