Second childhood? Is when you begin to fill the garage with 2/3 wheeled vehicles and the wife looks confused and bemused and think I've totally lost it. All at the second childhood age of 70 plus. Kids and grandkids think it great.

Use the workshop manual from the Yourban 300 for the engine and the workshop manual from the MP3 400/500 of a similar vintage for everything else

Many thanks I have now found the manuals on the links you sent me Have you any idea where I could get a test meter/programe for resetting the tilt lock etc should I ever need it Looks like it's all down to electronics on these bikes ??? Regards Rod |

I don't have the factory diagnostic equipment since it is only available to dealers on a subscription basis.
What I do have is a good multimeter ( made by Fluke), my eagle eyes and ears, and my habit of overmaintaining this bike to minimize/eliminate the Italian curse (electrical issues and breakdowns) So far, after 10 years, no surprises, although I did have to do a complete stripdown when the MP3 was new due to shoddy factory build/assembly quality |
