Was checking my coolant level, and lost the little clip that secures the bolt on the coolant cover. Without it, the bolt has nothing to hold it in place. Does someone know what this clip is called, so I can order some replacements?

Piaggio calls it a nut clip or a plate. Part number CM017408 Take the screw into any motorcycle parts department and tell them what you need. The Piaggio ones don't seem to stay tight. I use dental floss to get it on without dropping it. If you order it online, you're likely to pay $9.00 shipping on a $2.00 part. Check Ace Hardware.

A lot of technicians call them Jesus Clips. Piaggio CM017410
Try to get stainless steel ones. Most of the cheapest ones you can possibly find on Amazon will rust fairly soon.
They do wear out and need to be replaced after repeated use.

lowes or ace hardware has them instock, also have seen them in auto zone as well.
