My bike's setup: Polini (294CC) cylinder, Malossi piston, Malossi front variator, Malossi ventilvar (cooler), Malossi belt, Malossi clutch plate, Sip brand rear sprocket, Iridium spark plug, Malossi air filter, Malossi oil filter, and finally Force Master 3. I live in Antalya, Turkey, which has a hot climate. However, I couldn't make the low, mid, and hard adjustments; the engine doesn't rev up. I was using J Costa before, but I removed it and recently installed the Malossi front variator. There are 16g weights. If anyone has a solution for this setup, I'm looking for support.

If you're doing this while on the stand, you can't rev unless you turn off the ASR

Your 16g rollers are too heavy for that big-bore kit. They're stalling the engine. Swap them for 10g or 11g rollers to let the engine rev freely.
