Modern Vespa

I need help and advice. I am repairing a Vespa 200 Rally with Femsa Tronic. There is no spark. I measured the green wire that goes to the pickup — it shows "0". I think the problem is in the connection, because the wires on the stator plate were replaced, but not very well.

I found a similar case on the internet where they made an additional connection. I want to try the same option for testing, but I don't fully understand where the second end of the additional wire should be connected. One end goes to the green wire, but where should the other end go? Here is a photo of the case.
