That's a bit low; you generally need 90psi minimum to run.

Is it on the original piston and rings?

I dont know, it runs somehow, i bought it like 5 months ago, dont know the history, i cant seem to find an instruction on how to remove, check and replace top-end

Throttle wide open?

I dont remember, but wouldnt it still be like below 90 bar with throttlw wide open?

The engine should be warmed up, throttle fully open and using the shortest line possible from the sparkplug hole to the gauge.
