Anyone heard anything about factory installed speed limiter on 2016 MP3 300 models? I was contacted by a person who owns one of these and he said that if he opens the throttle the power is lost exactly at 100km/h and throttle has to be released fully to get it back running normal. He was told by dealer that such models were manufactured for about two years for bike rental purposes and the only solution is to replace the ECU / throttle body.

Has anyone dealt with anything like this? Is it possible to get the ECU reprogrammed to run normal?

But I can almost definitely modify the ecu (I'm betting it's a MIU family ecu) if you download the bin from it.
