Modern Vespa

Since the Rally glovebox is so darn small, I thought I'd try and make some other storage somewhere else on the scoot. I figured the battery area was not being used so here you go...

Laser cut 6mm acrylic glued together, replica battery decal and fake terminals. I've got the battery hold down to clamp it into place, and maybe just a thin strip of rubber around the top to seal it up a bit.

I thought maybe, spare set of globes, spark plug/s and cables, nuts n bolts?

Fits very well with the clamp in place... I still need to route some grooves in the side and maybe the face too, just to give it some sass.

Perfect spot for full set of bulbs, spark plug/s, cables, etc.

Should the clamp be painted body colour?
