Hi,

Does anyone experience tailbone pain when riding or when getting off?
I discovered that getting up when ridding helps reducing it. Or making frequent stops. Getting up during the ride is not very safe therefore do it at your own risk.
Would a softer or thicker foam inside the seat help?

get and air hawk seat pad they have them with a section for your tailbone to sit in. you only need a very little air in them. don't blow up up like a pillow or balloon.

I don't experience tailbone pain when getting off. Try changing positions, or maybe ride a little slower.

Have you tried adjusting the rear shock(s) and rear tire PSI? I find there's a Goldilocks zone.

thats a decent general purpose one but it does not have the tailbone cut out.

Some folks have a larger tailbone than others and the air hawk does address this.

I'd start by going to see a doctor.

So many potential reasons for the pain.
Better to understand the root cause first and potentially fix you, not the scoot

Can be caused by not putting enough weight on your feet. being active with the bike is important.
