What's it go like then? We get the 125 (or 2 50s, a 4T & a 2T) over here..

I'm interested to comapre the 150 to our 125, which has a Sito Plus pipe on it. I think that this is probably a little quicker than the 150, as it is basically the same as the 1st of the LEADER engined ET4s, which were rated at 12 BHP before they start fitting catalytic converters. That took the power down to the 10.5 or so quoted for the last ET4s & the LX125.. I think the LX150 is approx 11 / 11.5 BHP (?)

Anyway, with my ample 14 stone frame the LX will sit happily at 60-65mph indicated (depending on the wind speed), dropping to 50-55 uphill & I've seen 70-75 downhill (which seems very optimistic)..

I also know that it reads 5 mph faster at these speeds than by GT 125, but 5 mph slower than most PX200s..

So, 55mph on the GT is 60 on the LX & 65 on a PX... The GT tops out at an indicated 72 mph now, not bad for a standard 125 (would show 77 on an LX & 82 on a PX)

Acceleration on the LX is very good... not far behind the GT up to 40 ish...

Just been out for a blast on the wife's LX & I love it.. it is such a solid & positive ride with fatastic handling & brakes...

Would be really interested to hear how an LX 150 (or even a 125) compares as standard, and if anyone has fitted an aftermarket, cat-free pipe...

Cheers
