Anybody ever order from scooter parts direct? If so how was the service and merchandise? They now have some very nice looking crash bars for the GT200. I might be looking at those in the future, Beale.

I ordered a chrome fender guard for my LX last week. They were excellent over the phone. The person I spoke with did a physical check to see if they had the item, opened it up when I had a question about installation and offered a 10% discount if I ordered online.

One thing to note: they don't respond immediately with a purchase invoice email after you place your order. It took two days which could have been a fluke. However, I did receive a shipping notice from UPS with a tracking # the day after I placed my order so it make up for it. At least I had confirmation they shipped my order.

Either way, I'm satisfied and would buy from them again.
