Anyone going on the Christmas light ride Wednesday eve. through East Sac.?

Here is "Ele Ele Nani" She is the new GS-150 I rented, rode and named as it was her maiden voyage, to North Shore, Oahu, for the Triple Crown of Surfing, last month.

There seems to be a good many scooter enthusiasts here in the Sacramento area. Is there, or are there, any clubs or organizations?
I live in Rancho Cordova, but I never seem to see any other scooter riders in the area.
I have a Vespa 200 GT and have been riding it about a thousand miles per month and hardly ever see another scooter.

weekly meetings, monthly rides, annual ralleys, national club, lots of very diverse people, male & female, young & old, black & white, gay & straight, but ya' gotta be unique.....lol. mostly vespas but others are welcome as long as they keep running right, keep right up and stay upright.

I'd check out the meetup group too since it has more Sacramento specific stuff.

Ok, I'm gonna cry FOUL again. This tag was taken Friday, It has been 4 days and no post. 1 or 2 days, well ok, but 4 days. This is Hostage Tag, either play or don't, holding the tag ain't cutting it, I know life gets in the way. Post or give it up if you can't.

Ok. I'll put on my down coat with the dumb fur hood and warm gloves and maybe thermals. Ick. You better get this new tag in a quickness. You're making me suffer!!!

Officially, the next tag should happen within 48 hours of claiming a tag. Do we need a Crappy Weather Clause?

I'm interested in seeing just how many of us are out there tagging when the weather really gets crummy. Cold I can deal with and I'm starting to force myself to learn to ride in the wet. I'd hate to be the only one out there riding in the rain playing tag ... lol

I haven't seen a post from him in awhile. I grabbed those guidelines from page 6 when we had a dispute about timing before. It looks like those are the rules we've been running with and agree to. He just consolidated things nicely after a couple days of discussion.

i know RIGHT were that is. If i'd used my brains, i would have the camera with me. I could have tagged it on the way home, even. *sigh*

Maybe I'll remember my camera in the morning. Cold and wet ... yet i still have a smile on my face while i'm riding (you can't see it through all the shit in front of my face, but i'm grinnin!)

Frayed Knot - I'm in the dark ages with my phone. I have a camera phone to switch over to ... hey wait ... i could just use THAT as my camera, i suppose.

I don't blame ya for short riding it. I do about 10mins between work and that's pretty close to my max if i'm prone to shivering at whatever time of day it is.

...and a little dry weather, I got it. But it is in my 'hood too. I have a client next door. We must be close? How about a drink at the Hilltop and then you can show me the rest of "the" tattoo?

Time between tagging and posting new tag 96 hours

Tag expires in 10 days

Not everyone rides in this cold weather or rain. Not to mention the lack of daylight on weekdays. This gives a little more time without stretching it out too long.

IF A BAD STORM rolls through lasting for days then I say a delay is in order.
What do you think?

P.S. I DO ride in this cold/foggy/ light rain weather for a tag!!!!! So keep'em coming! 8)

But I am a cold, wet weather puss, so it will have to be at least decent for me to go. Might hafta' stop at Socal's for a "warm me up" on the way.
