I have a question concerning a 300 GTS i.e.

The cable seems to go through 2 adjustment brackets. Does it matter which one I should move?

As I understand it, it should be the one by the throttle body that you adjust. Easiest to get to, as well.

Here's a pic. The lower one seems to be the one that pulls when I turn the throttle.
Then it pulls the other one via the wheel.
