Doggone it; my blinker switch on my Mp3 250 became non functional. Is this a do it yourselfer job or am I stuck with driving 80 miles to the nearest dealer? Can someone help me? I think the problem lies in the mechanics at the switch, as it doesn't feel right when I try to slide the switch in one direction or the other . Thanks for your comments.
Mine has acted up a few times too. I also have the same long distance to the dealer issue. I figure if it goes totally bad I'll do the work myself. Can't be too difficult.
Or take it apart, clean, grease (with vaseline or similar, just a tad) and replace...
Some switches (and this is a new design for Piaggio) seem to have some rough edges on the moulding which can foul the operation. Just use a sharp knife to clean it all up, job done.
