Am I missing something? I thought it was just pull off. It's hard to get my hand in there on the GT200, but it just won't pop off. Any ideas would be appreciated. thanks

You need to rock it very gently as you keep pulling it by the connector, not the wire, but be very careful or you will crack the plug. It also helps to turn it slightly as you pull.

If your knuckles aren't bleeding, you're not doing it right.

Just keep working on it.

Be careful not to pull the wire out of the boot. It's easy to do....
