ok first off i have done searches and can not find it

the first thing is the rear vespa rack as you can see in the pix i can not tighten the upper bolt all the way and i did see in another post, but not for the vespa one, that it comes with a cut washer... well i did not get any washers with the rack so is this why i have this gap?

now for the stripes i am going to be putting on some vinyl stripes but was wondering if there is an official size the stripes should be. i did a test print of 1.25" and a .5" and i guess they look pretty good, but just wondering on that to.

thanks

Can't help you with the top case, but the stripes look great! What program did you use to mock it up?

If you would be so kind as to PM about your process for the stripes, I'd appreciate it...looking to do something similar myself (especially with the number).

ahh yes that is the one that i saw, so i guess i have to go and get some split washers then cause i did not get any. and that should fill the gap and make it cinch up tighter.

thanks

There are also plain washers that you should use as well. don't forget to grease up the screws. its a bit rusty in the screw holes. Alternate screwing each in. Makes it easier to keep even and screwed in tight

The only "official" size that the stripes should be is that which you find most pleasing to your eye! Don't worry about how everybody else does it - just do what makes ya' happy....
