This week I finally got my first Vespa, a 2007 GTS with 255 miles on it. It was used, but barely so. Took it out in the neighborhood tonight and to the local cruise at our local A&W. After only a few miles of riding it I am in love!

To the Dutch posters--in case you are really wondering, DOGS are American's weak copy of Bratwurst or whatever you have in the NL (I'm sure you have hot dogs there too, don't you?)

I really, really miss the GTS I sold last year. The black seat on yours just set the lust meter up about 10 notches!! Beautiful bike!

Congrats and excellent color choice! Seeing pix of your bike brought back memories of when I got mine a little over 2 months ago. Since then, I've made a few mods to personalize it more.

Beware! It's addicting once you start adding mods!

Love the photo of the old drive in restaurant. Looks like a nice VW baby blue beetle next to your GTS.

I bought a similar bike a few weeks ago with 4 miles on it and already have over 400! They are SO FUN to ride!

sfarchie...the chrome and the red vents look great! Where did you get the black leather split seat? Was that an upgrade or did you purchase it from a specialty store?

Thanks! The seat is a modified GTV seat from Pirate Upholstery www.pirateupholstery.com They did an excellent job on meeting my needs. I had a stock GTS seat, stock GTV seat, and now this one. Hands down, this seat is the most comfortable and functional seat of the 3!

I will take more pix Sunday and share them on a new post under Scooter Gallery.
