Havent seen any comments lately re the exhaust gases at the joint.

Is everyone putting a new wrap fitting on or using the amore fitting because the members between them must be putting plenty of rear tyres on.
It doesnt seem to be an issue any more, which is obviously good.
What are the forum members doing ?

Agreed
My wife's GTS had one made as we are in NZ.

If I win lotto and get the 300 I will get an amore one.
The fibre replacement one at $8 a throw is not too economic in the long haul.

It does seem like the number of blown exhaust incidents has gone down since the recall went into effect. I think it's probably a combination of the better clamp, better instructions for applying the clamp, and more awareness on the part of dealers not to split the exhaust at that joint.
