July 11, 2008 Friday
2:00 PM Arrive and set up your tent. Or pay for your own hotel room and scoot on over.
8:00 PM Meet & Greet at the Bastards camp. Beer & Snacks. Music by Oedipus, Wreckless & Complete
10:00 PM Group ride down the Strip. Ride ends at MontBleu! Find your clique and party.

July 12, 2008 Saturday
7:00 AM Wake up call can't ya hear the music...
8:00 AM Breakfast, at Bert's Café, 1207 Highway 50, South Lake Tahoe, CA, 530-544-3434 (Pay for your own damn Breakfast) Top off your fuel next door.
10:30 AM Meet at the General Store, located by the main entry of Camp Richardson.
11:00 AM Ride around Lake Tahoe
We leave at 11:00 A.M. Pacific. There will be a fuel stop. Buy your own damn lunch. Keep on scootin' to the most majestic view Lake Tahoe has to offer. (If you're a late Bastard, who knows - you just might catch up with us at the viewpoint, or the gas stop. You should catch up to us by lunch). The Royal Bastards will provide a support vehicle to pick up any breakdowns (Call 916-612-0208). Tell them where you think you are on the route
On your own after the ride. Enjoy Lake Tahoe, gamble, make-out with a Bastard, or drink by yourself in a lonely, depressing bar.
6:30 PM Dinner at the Bastards Camp
8:00 PM Special Viewing of Blazing Saddles Sunset at 8:36 PM
10:00 PM Awards & Raffle

8:00AM Breakfast at Ernie's Coffee Shop, 1146 Emerald Bay Rd., South Lake Tahoe, CA 530-541-2161 (Pay for your own damn breakfast.)
10:00 One last lap around the Lake
Noon Check out of Camp Richardson.

Ride around Lake Tahoe, approximately 73 miles.
Come ready with a full tank of fuel.
Turn right out of the main entrance of Camp Richardson. We are going around the lake clockwise.
5.2 Miles to Vista Point. Stop. Photo op & great view.
34 Miles to the Chevron gas station on the left-hand side. Kitted scooters & gas hogs fill up.
2.6 Miles to Cal-Neva for lunch. It's on the right side. (Buy your own Lunch).
36.6 Miles back to Camp Richardson.

Note: It's a lake; we are going around it clockwise... you won't get lost if you always turn right!

It's gona be a damn hot ride to Tahoe on Friday. If anyone/group will be traveling though Vacaville (I80 or for you SoCal types The 80 ) on your way up and want's to make a water stop here, I will be more then happy to meet up with you and bring lots of ICE cold water for ya. Curt knows what he's talking about! Karen & I rode up the 101 to Monterey today and it's HOT! And WINDY. Bring water and don't expect your scooter to get the same gas mileage as you're used to. We probably got about 110 miles on a tank. Really be careful and don't run out of gas!! Off to Yosemite in the morning. See you guys on Friday!

Linda- I tried to text you, but it would not go through. Please, you and Karen have a safe ride. See you in Tahoe!

Stage 1 and 2 complete! Rode to Sacramento yesterday max temp read on the GTS was 118*F. The day sucked!! Now in Penn Valley!!! only 101 more miles. See ya tomorrow!!

M@ you have been sheltered too long, Rock stars usually ride in a bus, limo or get flown in a corporate jet and they have their entourage haul their gear and toys. Our Rock Star is down to earth!!!

Talked to Super and he says that the accident happened somewhere south of there (maybe Yosemite) and that she is at the rally with a banged up knee and in good spirits.
