Modern Vespa

Just got back from a long ride on my MP3, and my butt is killing me. The stock MP3 saddle is a throw-away, in my opinion.

My other scoots have all had Corbins, and my GTS has one now. I can ride for hours in comfort on that saddle.

Corbin has one in development now... I was going to send my saddle off to Jay at Pirate (he has nothing but good reviews) but I have had such good luck with Corbin in the past that I'm sold.

Now, if they could just get them into production....

I mentioned this on another forum as well. Let me know what happens. I'm wayyy too short, and am increasing the height of my boots. But, I think I'm going to need my seat shaved down as well.

I'm participating in the "drink n ride" event at the Hollister Rally and will visit the Corbin facility this weekend.

I'll nudge Mike. Its probably two issues: a. a reliable source for seat sensors, and b. scheduling the work between MotoGP and Sturgiss.

If they can't fit it in then I'm assuming it will be a September design project.

I will however, post on the forum as soon as they pick up my scooter.

I'm guessing that they will want to do a cusotm topcase which means I'll be selling my Givi topcase and mounting plate.

I have no idea how to post a link here but cut and paste it.
I'm going with one of these seats, not cheap but one of the best out there.

Talked to Corbin today, the work on the 250/400 seat is underway, we should hear something in the next two to four weeks.
