I recently installed a stebel horn in my 2008 S150. You can look in the technical library for general installation advice regarding the LX150. However, there are some differences with the S150. I also have found a better, cleaner way to install the horn. Email me and I can provide specific advice. I will eventually edit this post to provide step by step directions. First, start out with the plug-n-play wiring kit (I purchased it from Twisted Throttle).
http://www.twistedthrottle.com/trade/productview/2867/539/ This wiring kit makes wiring much easier and cuts installation time in half. It comes with a relay harness that plugs directly into the relay provided with the Stebel. All connection wires (ground, battery, horn control, etc. are already connected and ready for routing from the battery, under the foot shield, and into the leg shield to the horn). The harness allows you to mount the relay below the pet carrier which is a cleaner mount. The next main step is to get a straight framing strap from Home Depot (in the framing section, typically near the end of the aisle). This is a straight piece of metal with holes in it, around four to five inches long, which is used to strengthen wood framing. I modified the framing strap to create a mounting bracket which allowed me to mount the horn with the bolt that connects directly with the Stebel, and then to an existing bolt inside the leg shield. You can also purchase something similar from Twisted Throtle:
