Modern Vespa

I know I haven't seen too many suburban DC folks on here, at least on the Virginia side of the District, but was wondering if anyone had bought at Vespa of Arlington.

I just left there and it is quite a different experience than the shop in DC. This is in a tiny, dirty little building shared with a used car dealership and an Avis rental shop, all owned by the same folks.

They have their own garage for work, met the mechanic, nice enough guy. they say they are 'number one in sales and service' in the area now (between two local dealers, not too hard to do probably).

So, just wondering if anyone has heard positive or negative on them!

I have been there a few times to look, back when I thought I wanted a buddy instead of a vespa. I will PM you with my impressions.

Yep. PM sent to ya re: my experiences. In brief, we're happy.

Just bought my new GTS from them. The people were very nice and helpfull. Had all the accessories I needed instock. This is not a high pressure dealership. Was about to pay cash when their sales rep "Jamie"
suggested I us GE financing with no money down,zero interest and no payments for a year! Atleast this way I can hold on to my money for another year.(I wonder how many salespeople would say that?) I will certainly pay it off before the year is up!! All in all it was a very good experience.

Can't say anything good or bad about Vespa of Arlington (haven't been there).

I will say that Vespa of Washington has been great to me. I've purchased an ET4 and a GT200 from them and gotten service several times. They get high marks from me.

My experience there continues to be first-rate -these guys bend over backwards to make the customer happy.

Sales is the relaxed/casual style - Vespas sell themselves; just sheer quality throughout. Sevice is concerned and customer-oriented. Was at another shop this evening to look kevlar jeans and sent another customer to Arlington after showing him my GTS. See Gib, Santiago, or Jamie - bet you'll be happy...
