Hey there guys I bought a 81p200 about a month ago. 5 days after I got it a 82 year old man hit me and bent my front fork. I was going to replace it so instead of me paying for it his insurance will know. I work at vespa st. louis and can order from piaggio we used to be a genuine dealer so I can get parts from them. I want to do the front disk break conversion. Which works better a the stella fork or px fork?? Any help would be great! Thanks!
Hi Jeff, As you know vespa also made the disc I have a 2002 P200 disc and to be fair i think it's a little too much. More so with stock suspension.
Unlike Motorcycles, the majority of our scooter braking (P's and older) is rear brake. I am working on a project where i am replacing both front and rear to disc. So if you need any help or tips just PM me mate.
It's simple, 8) Are you going to use a stock disc headset or after market like SIP drops?
