Tip: tie down the "mouse-trap" with a string or something then use a cargo-net to attach the pizza to your rack. work pretty well for me...

lol! i once put a pizza box in a plastic bag and then hung it vertically from the seat handle. Same net result....some cheese slid around.
but hey...the pizza got home...more or less in one piece. good times... |

that's what i did. i had the rack tied down with a cord and then used the cargo net to strap the pizza and bag down...... only problem made it a little to tight. the pizza box was flimsy too, i should have put the bag in the no pet compartment so it did not squish the top of the box down.

Aawww...you got one of those cheap thin paper box. You would have no problem had it been one of those thick cardboard Domino/PapaJohn/pizza Hut box. We did this before except with 4 pizzas stacked high with buffalo wings.

I had one of those personal sized pizzas for lunch the other day. The little box they gave me for the leftovers fit perfectly in my pet carrier. It was still warm when I got it home.

I didn't try to post my message twice. I had this happen on one of my earlier posts but was able to delete it. This time I wasn't able to delete the message. If one of the monderators could get rid of the duplicate for me I would appreciate it. |

I delivered pizzas on my scooter for awhile if you can believe it, never really had any problems with cheese on top of the box.

I carry a square 16" pizza box on my ET4 every Tuesday night.
I have hauled 2 boxes on top of each other. The rear crash bar foot pegs help a lot. No bungee cords required. Your ankles keeps the pizza from sliding off. Never have made any road kill pizza yet. Have done this on vintage but using the rear brake smashed the cupcake.
