I recently upgraded my LX50 to a Malossi 70c (M3111576) cyl kit for LX50, (M5111597) Multivar variator, Sport belt (non-Malossi) for LX50, Malossi adjustable Delta Clutch and Malossi Power Cam for LX50,

The jets and valves were not touched and the clutch was not changed, put in as it came for the LX50. Parts were purchased from Scooter Center in Germany.

My acceleration is higher, but my top speed is lower. Has anybody done this same kit before? I would like to get my top speed up as it was (42mph) or higher? What do I need to do or what am I missing? Please, only experienced opinions rather than arm chair quarterbacks.
