Funny you should mention that...the cops on my college campus (who, bless them, have never ticketed me--no matter how ridiculously I park) refer to me as "Scooter Girl". In fact, when scootering in after hours, I don't even have to stop at the gate and have my ID checked. I just get a smile and a friendly wave...once or twice I've gotten a salute. *giggles*
