Personally I rather just ride, but not to go to work. But yes, both the wife and I rode our scooters to work today.

i rode to work this morning (just like every morning).. but took it home at lunch and brought the car back cause it's supposed to rain big time today in florida.

You must be a teacher. Me, too. I'm halfway through 10 weeks off. The only pity is, my scooter has been in the shop for a couple of weeks! I have been riding my bicycle instead of driving, though, so I'm doing my part.

I rode in today but I do everyday so no change for me.

Come September 20th (my BD) I'll have ridden 365 days straight. Actually more, but that's when I decided to start counting.

and yesterday, and the day before that, and...

yep.....20ish miles each way. do it almost every day. weather dictates my route. if it is cool...surface streets...hot...freeway. something about 65 mph A/C that makes the freeway lovely in the afternoon on hot days.

I live only .09 miles from my business so I usually walk to work but on Tuesday and Wednesday I get to ride 2 miles (each way) to get to our other location. The best part of my day is the ride there and back!

My first ride to work is tomorrow. I cant wait! I just got my new 2009 GTS and it needs to be broken in!

I did not as I had my daughter as a passenger to camp before work. However, once home for the night I ran all of my "to do list" on the Vespa!

Everyday!! The only bad part is when I have to stop and actually get off the bike and go into work.

I did. Had to brake to allow a black bear to cross the road in front of me on the way to work. Life on a scooter in Anchorage!

Yep, I did - as I do everyday. I can see rain clouds though, might not be so fun on the trip home... and hopefully no "bears"!!!

Being retired I didn't ride to work, today; BUT I used my scoot to runs errands all day long today. I did notice a bunch of scoots in my neck of the woods-- more then usual!

I really WANT to ride my scooter to work, but am worried about it being parked in a shopping mall lot for several hours at a time. I think I would be too worried about theft or vandalism.

My daughter's laptop went kerflizzle. I found that the problem was covered under a service bulletin and was a free fix if I could get it to the local service center. The service center was on my way to work if I took the interstate...right off an exit on the way. So I took my car since I don't do the interstate on my ET4, and found that the place closed a little earlier than I thought. I pulled into the parking lot as the owner was pulling out of the parking lot.

A beautiful riding day also gone kerflizzle.

But today I'm riding again.

I've been chased by dogs, but a bear must really wake you up in the morning.
