The ability of that topcase to carry things that you bungee on top is a great feature. It doesn't look as slick as the Givis or Vespa cases, but it has both beat for utility.

Looks to be a good case. I see there is an option for a backrest pad as well.

The Shad SH-45 is more sleek, but loses the bungee ability:

The one SHAD topcase I owned didn't last long. Despite installing it properly, it flew off my Vino 125 while going over a bump on a busy street. I heard this loud racket going on behind me only to see my topcase exploding into many pieces in my mirror going down the street.

I pulled off into someone's driveway and ran out into the middle of the street to retrieve it. I didn't want a car to run into it or have to swerve to miss hitting it and cause an accident.
