I'm new. I'm sure you all have discussed trailers before but I couldn't find anything using the search feature sooooo...I'm looking for a trailer to pull behind my MP3 500 that will hold about 200lbs and be capable of being pulled at 55mph. Ideas???

I must get a tow-bar for the Fuoco - here's one of the trailers I use behind my X9 500. 570 litres of space inside, max gross weight 150kg, but that's just the law for bike trailers here.

"Extreme" trailering ...
Now this is my idea of a trailer Perfect size for my two German Shepherds on our weekly trips to the dog parks.

Price is prohibitive, though. Nonetheless, this site has some ideas for trailers, but all the sites I've seen so far put prices at 2k to 5k. Better bet is to look on craigslist.com for a used one.

Now that is cool. Brings a whole new spin to the term "pet carrier".

for 5k I'd get a Stella and a sidecar, and a pair of doggles for my dogs!

JimC,
What is the source of your trailer? Where would one order a tow bar? And last, anyone else have a trailer solution source?

I was wondering the same thing. Is there a tow bar available somewhere. I have seen pictures somewhere online that showed an MP3 with a tow hitch and trailer attached. The trailer only had one wheel.

Virgil, you don't say where you are located ... US? UK?

All it takes is a little Googling ... below are more links I found - the most comprehensive listing of MC trailers I've seen covering uni-wheel, dual-wheel and even pop-up campers:

Motorcycle Trailer mfg'ers sites (US):

Here's the main page that has Resources, photos, FAQs, etc:
