Nice, Soho is nice and close to picadilly circus so that is good news for me.

Last year when I was in london and went for a late night walk on my way back, I left chancerly lane, went strait for a while, then dodged left... next thing I knew I too had people stepping out of the shadows offering me goods.

It is nice to see I have a nose for trouble, combine that and the conflict I found myself in, when I found one of london's famous clip joints... oye my.

Did you like that Genie ? When you finalise your meeting plans please fwd them onto me and I'll see if I can make it to a meet. My ladyfriend is away on her hols so I've got the entire week to myself . Bitter sweet.

Be very very careful - having worked in Soho in around this business, I suggest that you never attend a clip joint again. At least, not if you like your wallet and legs unbroken. The people behind the girls that work there are proper old school London gangsters and they are not funny haha, they are funny like Joe Pesci. If you got away with it once, consider yourself lucky.

Soho is one of my favourite places but clip joints are full of tears - and also completely legal, so you can't complain if you get caught out. I've seen plenty of people messed up by them.

I still can't decide if I'll be making the ride up to St Johns Wood on the 30th but for those who have nothing to do this Sunday I'll be having a shop for shirts then acoffee and a muffin at the little coffee shop on the 1st floor of the Bluewater Shopping Centre opposite Watertones Book Shop and next to an Italian Resturant. If you can see the card shop and the dog shop you're not far away.

i might make it down to Bluewater too .... will see how i feel on sunday morning. i tend to stay away from shops when the sales are on lest i burden myself with a load more tat i don't need

i believe we've settled on the clifton for our drinking do on the 30th - we've not settled on a time yet so i'll suggest 6:30ish - does that work for everybody?

Yes... I will try to be there on time, but work currently keeping me in the office a lot. I will be there though.

As for the wednesday meet if I take the scabby ET4 I doubt I'm going to get there until 7pm coming all the way from Maidstone so I'll probably decide on the way. I know where you'll all be.

i've just realized that i've got capoeira training that night, it's the last class until september, and we've got some special uber-maistre coming to teach the class .... i'm wavering between which i'd rather do help.

Pretty people of Londinium I'm sorry but you'll have to count me out of tomorrow's evening of rock and fun but I think I have a pretty good excuse - I'm 50 miles away as the scabby ET4 flies so much as I'd like to join you I think it's going to be a long haul for me for a few hours bathing in the sunshine of your respective smiles.
However I promise to be on the Epping Forest run on the 9th with the scab encrusted ET4. My life won't be complete without it.
