Installing seat on LX150

My yellow ride is in desperate need of brown leather. Question, is installing a new seat as easy as unscrewing and screwing the bolts it's attached to?

but remember with LX you have a keyed seat lock, so you'll need to switch those out or carry 2 keys.

Correct, and switching locks is just as easy 8)

Sweet, is switching out the key pad difficult? I wouldn't mind the dealer doing it, it's just that I'm thinking of picking up the seat at lunch and need to "grab and go"

I wouldn't mind to keys either way.
