Modern Vespa

I'm working with my dealer to get in both the Medium windscreen and the ultra-tall Comfort windscreen as options for the soon-to-be-mine blue MP3 250. Hope to have my financing in place just before I take my MSF course at the end of July.

I'm interested in hearing from you Piaggio replacement screen owners: which one did you pick, and why? How does it perform under (ahem) adverse weather conditions? How does it affect the performance of your trike? Anything else I ought to know or consider about the match of screen, bike, and circumstance?

I bought the medium and I wish I would have bought the comfort. The medium is OK but I get a lot of wind buffering across the top of my head, I am 6'3". My plans are to sell the medium and get the comfort. Also I think the comfort would be beter in cold weather.

i have the piaggo mp3 400ie i bought the comfort screen its very big and so far no problems and no wind at all a very big screen..

Anyone know when the winter windscreen will be available for the 500?

I was wondering about that too. Did you ever find out if the Tall Comfort Screen is available for the MP3 500? Should I buy it?

Never found a/the "Tall". Finally had the (only) Piaggio installed at it's higest position. It makes the situation better but I still had to buy a full face shield for my helmet to be comfortable.
