Modern Vespa

While @ the gas station filling up on my commute home today, a guy asked if I liked my MP3. Of course, I said yep. He than proceeded to tell me that the local PD (San Antone) picked-up a few for their squad. However, they've yet to be taken out to their "range" for testing. He mentioned he preferred the GW's but it'll be interesting to see if they decide to out-rig them and put 'em on the street. He seemed in a hurry so I didn't get to ask which of the (3) were purchased. If anything, it was a "hmmm" moment....

I think the Savannah PD has purchased some...they would be a great solution for cities looking to cut back on gas for cruisers.
