Through no fault of theirs, (they had received a bad batch from the manufacturer), I had to return it, AND the replacement that was sent to me. Since they would not be receiving any further stock until September, I was offered a significant discount on any other helmet they carried. I took the offer, and it was sent to me overnight, with no additional shipping charge.

All through this process, there was timely, courteous, and apologetic communication.
