I picked up the beautiful Passion Red MP3 500 today. My husband rode it home because it was rush hour traffic and I'm not that experienced. When we got home I rode it around the neighborhood and was doing good until I decided to pull over in front of the house. I didn't get my feet down soon enough and then it was too late to try the lock, so you can guess what happened. Standing still and it went over Oh well, it was probably bound to happen to me at one time or another, but I wished I'd made it through the first day.
So I need advice on how to touch up a small scratch to the red where it touched down. I take it I get the touch up paint from the dealer and dab that on. The plastic is a little rouch though, any advice on how to smooth that out?
OOOHH
You'll be fine with a little touch-up, use the search here for paint, one was Ford touch-up, it's real close and a Ford dealer on every corner; beats Italy FedX.
I was just talking to PiaggioUSA today
and they mentioned engine guards in the future.
Put a bumper sticker on that scratch and get back on that horse
