Modern Vespa

Two months ago we bought our second BV250. We received a coupon in the mail from Piaggio for $900 of accessories with purchase of a second scooter and figured it was a sign :o)

Anyway, it's been two months, and still none of the accessories have arrived at the dealership. The dealer has contacted Piaggio several times (or so they say) and still has no word on the status of the order. Did anyone here take advantage of that same offer, and if so, did you get your parts?

as far as i know it has nothing to do w/the promotion.
piaggo is bad @ shipping parts & accessories.they will get there one day but who knows when.
if you are worried contact piaggo of america directly.
its funny after all these years their shipping is still like this.

Thanks for the info! I sent Piaggio Customer Care an email, but from what I read, they usually don't respond back. I may try giving them a call tomorrow. Thanks!

I did.. It took about 5 weeks to arrive at my dealer.

I got my stuff...within about a month or so.

Do they just send them or do we have to do something.

We just purchased an MP3 and GTV within the same month. Two separate dealers but same owner name and address.

Not seen anything arrive in the mail.

There was some paperwork for the dealer to fill out. The promotion was only offered for a small window, so it may have expired by the time you picked your MP3 and GTV up.
