Wow, before when people brought up China and two wheelers I had images of streets filled with motiorcycles, scooters, bicycles all vying for position on major streets and now I saw this?

The headline of the article reads that illegal scooters are being destroyed but it also mentions one city's campaign to reduce the numbers of two wheelers registered and it mentions addressing some concern that rampant robberies were committed with two wheeled get-away vehicles.

Oh grand! Now they're gonna buy more cars and compete for fuel. Well at least they don't have to worry about class action lawsuits for defective products.
