I haven't tried to go yet, so I wasn't absolutely sure about the guard stations. I think I might get a chance Saturday. There shouldn't be any major events going on and no guard stations.

I got it! However, I realized after I got home that I should have been further back. Oh well. I think it's close enough.

Next tag is tough. If the location is not tough enough, the weather's about to make it tougher. We'd better get it before Christmas, or we're in big trouble...

They are usually up until right around or before New Year's Day. I will let people know when they are gone, if someone has not gotten it by then.

I am not sure where this is. I need to get back into the tag game. Just been crazy lately. I don't let the weather get me down I just installed heated grips on my bike on Saturday to keep me going.

The hint is actually a really big hint. I don't want it to be too difficult. However, if people need more hints, I am willing to oblige.

Call me dense but I don't get it. I'll need another hint unless someone is on this already.

Is anyone else freezing their butts off? Thank goodness for my new heated grips. They are a lifesaver. I'll go check it out tonight.

My body was warm this morning, but my hands were freezing. I see that for this really cold weather, my vented gloves with silk, thermal glove liners is not going to cut it. I guess I will be looking into some winter gloves soon. I want to keep riding as long as their is no rain, snow, or ice. I won't be riding tomorrow Even if it's just to avoid the madness that ensues when they say there might be snow or ice.

I'm freezing my butt off and I'm not even riding my scooter!

I have winter gloves and for my commute from Covered Bridge to downtown they cut it pretty good. If it gets below 40 though then it feels like needles piercing my fingers. I think now with the heated grips I can go probably to 30. I had no problems this morning. I think also if you are driving less than 5 miles it probably doesn't matter much if your hands are warm before you leave. It is the last 2 or 3 miles where it gets really painful cold for my hands. If you do get gloves look for the gortex ones. I think they are even better than what I have. I have the alpinestar ST-1 gloves and they are decent but still are not warm enough for me.

haha Before I lost my weight I would be good in most any weather above freezing but now that I am thinner my wife says 'finally you understand how I feel' because I am constantly wearing sweaters and stuff in the house.

Okay I wanted to go get this tonight but I won't be able to. I have to meet my wife for dinner and won't be coming home this way this evening. I'll try to get it when I can but that probably won't be until next week since I definitely will be taking the bus tomorrow.

Definitely, smart! Peeps be careful on the scoots if you have to ride tomorrow.

hahaha..I tried that, well, on google earth.
Most of 'republic of texas' came closer towards downtown.
but..oh well, perhaps I get a chance to stop by tonite.

I feel really stupid. I thought this looked really familiar. I used to live around the corner from this in college at 21st and Pearl. I used to pass this all of the time. I don't think there is any business there right now.

I am so not looking forward to the cold I rode in this morning, and it was 33F. I will still have to ride to the gym and then home tonight. I think this will be my last day to ride until this weekend.
