This next one is for those who like old buildings.

We just scooted the 30 miles to Santa Ana and took a pic in front of Memphis today, but clearly not fast enough. I have no clue on this next one.

This sometimes happens when the game picks up. "A" for effort!

Where do you come up with this stuff?

Harbie the Harbor Seal was the mascot of Harbor Gasoline, a chain of gas stations in Los Angeles and Orange County . This statue is now installed at CC RV Park in Garden Grove. There are supposedly two at this site but I only photographed the one (possibly a future scooter tag possibility).

Perhaps everyone is busy with shopping and the holidays. This is really one of the more spectacular light displays in the beach area.

Interest is definitely here, but the dark makes for a paucity of visible landmarks. I'd like to use one of my lifelines...

In one city's infinite wisdom it is a private club on publicly owned land. I will post a picture taken during the the day but you will miss the beautiful lights.

Now all I have to do is get there ....

Here is a picture during the daytime. It's just not nearly as pretty as at night.

Well it took a day of browsing Google Maps in satellite mode to find the tag, but I got it (with a really terrible picture)

Unfortunately, time is not my friend. Can't get there until after the new year.
