alright, I'll try to get Qualcomm Stadium this weekend in San Diego. Not a winning team, but the stadium is classic, late sixties architecture.

sorry lil white. I hoped you had a chance to get the tag, but looks like the crowds there scared you away. it was $40 to park just to watch the Chargers?!?! glad I spent the day scootering instead.

here is Qualcomm stadium on game day (we actually beat TN 33-25). maybe I'll hop on the bandwagon if they win another game later. that's a bigger sport here than football or baseball - hopping on and off the bandwagon depending on how the teams are doing.

as we're already on the 31st and many halloweeny things may be taken down in the next day or two to make way for Christmas, I thought I'd do a different theme.

I was visiting my friend at the VA hospital today and thought that a tag of something that relates to Veterans would be appropriate as we approach the 11th.

it could be a VA Hospital, VFW post, monument, or anything else that honors or is dedicated to our veterans.

VA Hospital was tagged on Page 24 in late June... do you want to keep this as the tag, or do something else?
If it stands, can I use the picture that I posted back then?

there is a nice memorial a cpl miles from my house.....I'll get it after work....
nothing like an excuse to get out and ride, even tho we have a high of 45 or something

Well it turned into a nice afternoon.....made it to the memorial and got some pics....but first a bit of back story on the soldier.....this park is not too far from the college here, and one day someone noticed that his head was missing ......
and since it was all donated, it took a while ill he got repaired(funds gathered and sculptor found that could replace)..but as you can see doesn't look too bad, a bit big , but not bad from going off measurments....

I took a way home past the airport and while I sat and smoke a cig I got pics of a united commuter taking off....so I'll take an airport or a plane!

Scooter and airplane. Cargo plane to be exact. Sorry it's not better. I couldn't get any closer. I am surprised I could even get this close, but this was the cargo plane area, not the main Austin airport tarmac. New tag coming up in a minute.

Yes Bionic, that is a drink holder! Can't be without my beverage while I ride!!!

There's several pancake houses near me, but a few days ago we had almost 24 hours of heavy rain immediately followed by sub-freezing temperatures. Ice got into everything on my scooter including the starter button. Nothing works.

It looks like I'm going to have to wait at least another week until daytime temps are forecasted to creep above the freezing mark before I can get back on the road again.

I've been trying for three days to upload a sweet photo of my scoot at IHOP, in the dark.

But I keep getting a message stating that it's an "empty file."
