Next Tag. Swimming Pool. Scooter by a swimming pool...I didn't see this in the past year at least, so I hope it isn't a repeat.

This pool is just about to be covered for the fall/winter/spring so I thought I'd use it now.

Not to fret...It's a good tag. I guess a lot of riders have been tucking in for the colder weather.

Yesterday, I remembered a location where I can get this tag and was planning to go out this morning to take the picture.

But Noooooo

I woke up to no electric power and everything covered with snow.
The leaves are still on the trees and the weight of the snow is causing them to bend and snap and take out power lines, I guess.

I'll ride in the cold, but not when there is snow or ice on the roads.

Still, unless anyone is up to beating me to it (note: challenge ) , I should be able to get out with my camera within the next day or two and get this thread rolling again. 8)

Its a unusual marker because it has the name of the guy who makes them on several of them and clearly he's still kicking...
Also, thought it was unique that they are all not where we're used to seeing them.

Its a shame you missed the mark but the fact that you hit 5' is impressive to me. Way to go!

I can't wait to hit my next 1000 and see what new places and sights await.

Ever since I got my scooter months ago I have had nothing but fun on it and smile everywhere I go.

I'm just 18 miles from 20k!!! Ssooooooo close. And to top it off, I'm in San Diego, it's like 74 degrees at night... And sunny 8)

Still no idea why image tags hate me on this forum, file was too large to attach.

You have to reduce the size, you can't post a full size picture.
can't find the max size allowed.
Has to be 200 mb or less.

The size restriction applies to image tags as well? I understand the reason for an attached file size restriction but in image tags it makes no sense.

Brody may have an edge from pennsylvania land of the dutch but works for me. I'll let the masses decide once (if) he gets one in. I was thinking wind turbines counted since they do use the wind to make something just like a traditional wind mill

Actually, the Pennsylvania "Dutch" is a corruption of the word "Deutsch." They are German/Swiss, but not Dutch.

I've come across windmill pumps (windpumps) and, of course, wind turbine farms, but not the type shown in your pic.

But it's a big state, and I haven't seen it all.

(Although I have a hunch....shutting up for now, though. )
