Ok, the next tag is a museum? I think I can find one of those.

There are more than a few of those to choose from in Montgomery. Wish I was riding, I could go to the Civil Rights Museum and get the tag.

Scooter TAG doesn't die, it just fades into the sunset for a little while then pops up again. This is any easy find. I really like the more difficult places or events. I finally had to replace my "Your Scooter on a DYNO" because no one could match the TAG

TAG: Service and/or Parts for old Air Cooled Volkswagen.

I have two within 1.5 miles from my home.

Here are two places that service VWs.
One is Aysam's on Madison Ave.
The other is Jack Ingram's on the bypass.

Do they work on the old Air Cooled Volkswagens. I wouldn't trust people that work on new junk. I have never seen an Air Cooled beetle at the Volkswagen dealer. No to mention they don't carry the parts.

I hear ya on trusting mechanics Paladin. I don't know anything about VWs but Jack Ingram has been here for a long time and I think he has some pretty good old mechanics. You can see from the sign that he also sells and services Porsche. I bet they could work on one but no I wouldn't call them a VW only specialist. The other one was listed locally for VW service. I rode all over the place trying to find a VW beetle up on a sign pole that I remember seeing but I couldn't find it. The closest VW specialists I was able to locate was way up in Georgia. Do you want me to keep looking?

That's cool. Both the two near home now work on others as well. There are not enough old VWs and old Porsches to keep people in business for just Air-Cooled.

Hope this counts. I took out my classic because it is close by the house. It's arty california style for summer starting, and it reacts to wind.

That's a good tag Scootin Rb. One of the things that I like about scooter tag is that you discover new things about the community where you live. While out exploring you come across all sorts of things that you might not have noticed if you weren't out searching. I really enjoy it.

Ok, my metal bird art or school mascot statue are one in the same. This is a bronze statue of a hawk which is the mascot for Huntingdon College here in Montgomery.

sonicsix, howdy neighbor. Well, I'm not trying to be picky but I don't see a scooter in any of your pictures. I see what looks like a Can Am Spyder in the second picture. There needs to be at least part of your scooter in the picture. Enough that you can tell that it's a scooter. I'm going to say no tag, try again.

Last week was amerivespa, hopefully the thread will pick back up now. Looking for livestock in the beach cities Los angeles is tough. I will try for a horse in Palos verdes tomorrow

keep trying sonicsix . The more players the better. I have a 1966 classic vespa ,but I usually ride and play on my puma valentine 150. Follow the rules hachi just restated and your play should be cool. Some of my posts have my buddy on his kymco. I'm pretty new to the site, and I know there are a lot of V purists out there. But I have found the people on this site to be more into the game,And having fun, than to complain about the scooter itself.

Bullet, first of all I would like to welcome you to the forum. I find it interesting that your first post is in the scooter tag section. Feel free to go to the general discussion section and introduce yourself, share your interest in nationwide scooter tag and invite them to join in.

On to the bales of hay. Farmers around here tend to bale hay up into large round bales. This picture doesn't really show how many bales are in the field where I was. I took a couple of wider shots showing more bales but this one shows my scooter better and you can actually recognize the bales.

Next tag: firetruck (This one should be pretty easy to get)
