Good job Danny! I had several of those close by but was going for the analog theme to match Paladin's. I fought my way through rush hour traffic and a rainstorm so I'm going to share my picture anyway It was raining pretty good when I took this picture and I got my camera a little wet in the process. I'll also share some pictures of the same clock that I took a while back. I'm waiting for the next tag Danny

I would have loved an analog one, but don't know of one within 45 miles.
Next tag. Your scooter with a forklift. |

Forklift
It's hard to make out this forklift behind the fence
This forklift is portable and is carried on the back of a flatbed truck
Be careful operating that forklift
Next tag: car on a pole :-)

I might be able to find the traffic light enough to take the picture on Jan.1 where the Bowl Games on. If no one tags it before Tuesday I will get fast food in Malibu: |

Wish I knew of the Malibu muffler man ahead of time , I cruised the twisties on mandavile Canyon today. Could have headed over to the bu. |

In Malibu
Left Gardena a little after noon, which means I was in Malibu to take this picture at 1:10pm
But was a nice ride anyhow. Things that others will not have to try to match -- Surf, Zebra, pigs, old cars at a used car lot.... |

You just needed someone else to take it from a car driving in one of the left lanes while you rode in the right lane. I'm on a LX150, will be riding on lane #5 doing 62 mph, wife would have to be in lane #1 doing 75-80 -- CHP do pull people going too slow in the left lanes. Daughter #2, last still at home, would have to be riding shotgun, panning the camera as I pass Golf Man. Pass me too soon or too late and daughter cannot take the picture. Not a problem. I get off the first exit, Avalon south, right, right, pull to the curb and call daughter on the cell phone. Wife, in the #1 lane, works her way down the 405 to the 710 to the 91 freeway which end and she continues west to pick on the 405 south. As she passes Normandy I accelerate the on ramp for another pass Golf Man. Another miss, another 22 mile loop. I could see a few hours trying to get the timing right. WHICH is when a big truck will be passing me on Lane #2. The ride down the coast to Malibu was a lot more relaxing. |

Sorry, but if you didn't want to tag the car shop "muffler man" without doing the next tag, you should've waited to post second. You posted first, I posted second, you are required to do the next TAG. The whole world is waiting for your next picture. Sorry. If you like the piggies, you need to visit Venice. I am having fun finding new places in L.A.. |

Danny, I don't think that it has been used in years. I had passed by it many times and finally stopped and took a photo. There is another one through the woods about 100 yards away. While there a couple of buzzards landed on the top.

I thought that I would go out riding and look for silos today. Besides the one that I posted previously I didn't know where any were. I did a little 70 mile loop through south Montgomery County and came across seven more silos.
1st silo was near the road
Look carefully and you will see two in this picture. They were about 3/4 mile away from the road.
The 4th silo was also near the road
The 5th silo was just visible above the treeline
The 6th silo was near the road out in the middle of nowhere
The 7th silo was on hwy 231 south of town

I also ran across many metal silos(one converted into a house) but I only took a picture of one.

Is this tag only in the US?
If not then: Grain silos in Cape Town harbour. This area is being coverted into aparements and upmarket living. If yes, then where's the global tag? |

lrossouw, I don't think there is a global tag. Maybe you could start one As far as whether or not your tag counts I don't know. I don't have a problem with it but I don't make the rules. You could contribute to this thread though:
