I am in LaLaLand, I can find almost anything, but....

IF I wanted to look as a few race motorcycles I could go the Marconi museum, just 36 miles away -- but I have no need to see race bikes that are unusable on the streets.

IF I wanted to look at old Indians I could scoot about 70 miles one way to Ventura -- but I have no interest to see old Indians.

Solvang has a small motorcycle museum, just 130 miles one way. No scooters but a several bikes I would like to see. I would want to make it an overnight and see the whole town. May go in 2014 or 2015....

The Petersen in L.A. has been sold, didn't have many bikes, usually none on display, and the new owners are selling off vehicles -- will may not have any bikes.

Give everyone else a chance to look for a motorcycle museum, for a month or three.

I've got one about twenty miles out, work getting in the way of scooter tag at the moment.

Nearest one I know of is 135 miles.

Lets change it up since the closest to me is 3/4 mile.Sorry.
