I could cheat on that one easy, have a 1947 Farmall in barn, wife has a GTV in garage and there are lots of woods out side my back door. Problem is it cold and rainy and don't want to get the Farmall and GTV wet and muddy! Plus the heat from woodstove feels too good right now!
As long as you got on the scooter and rode it out of the barn to take the photo, that would qualify. But the main thing is you would be participating!!!!! I didn't read anything in rules about distance required to ride.

Sounds like cheating to me! 🤣 And next tag is by a state line marker and or sign, so get that GTV out on a border run!
First of all, I'd like to compliment you on that beautiful Liberty....she is very photogenic!!!!
As long as someone takes the photo AFTER the posted tag and rode the scooter, it should be ok (my opinion....you know
).
Cheating would be a rascal that posts a photo they had on file and never got their scooter out. But a file photo for the new tag is accepted to be able to keep the game going without waiting for a new tag post. Again, I'm new here and if this is not the accepted practice, set me straight because I've not read through the whole thread and I know things change.
I'm just wanting to have fun and not argue over trivial matters.
As an example, on another forum, I posted a church bell and just stated the new tag was a bell to keep it open for more participation. The rider that grabbed it posted a photo of Taco Bell. It was funny, still a bell, and kept the game moving in fun.
So now to get an ALABAMA marker/sign. What would be acceptable for a non-USA rider to participate?
