Modern Vespa

It took awhile but I found one.

I must say that was a nice find. Near where one of my old friends used to live is a outboard boat motor converted to a mailbox. With the new baby I haven't had much free time to go hunting for tags.

I rode up to the local park which has a large lake that I often kayak in myself. Not a single boat in the water. With the recent drop in temperatures I guess everyone decided to wait for a warmer day. Hopefully, one will come up soon.

This picture doesn't count for scooter tag, it's just something from a day on the water...Just a reminder to myself that warmer, lazier days are coming. 8)

This should be easy for someone in Austin. I'll try to get it when the weather dries up.

Good going SIC.

I rode out today specifically to get the scooter/boat pic. I found only one kayak on the water and I wasn't in a position to park close by the lake. I scooted up a drive to a pavilion to get the pic from across the road and...the camera wouldn't work. Arrrgh! No spare batteries on me either. I realized that in my rush to get the camera out of my pocket, the battery door had snagged open and the batteries were loose...I quickly closed the door and snapped off a couple of pics and took off. (I wasn't supposed to be parked where I was parking.) The scooter and the kayak are actually several hundred yards apart.

Later I found that I snagged the exposure controls, too. Fuzzy pics.

Your pic is better. I'm just posting a piece of mine so I can show the one that got away.

Now to find a golf course.

Ok so in the background, to left of the blue building, you can kind of see the green paint on the structure that supports the kiddie roller coaster. That's as close as I could get????

The airplanes went a little too high for me and no flight attendant to show me where the exits were!!!

Pipistrello gets released from the garage this afternoon!

I see we have someone who couldn't wait, so what is the tag? Scooter and night club or scooter and strip joint? Hustler clubs aren't that common throughout the nation.

Like most of you, I take a lot of photo's of my scooter
in front of many different landmarks, and interesting scenes.
When I was riding into New York City yesterday, I passed this club
and had to take a photo of my scoot in front of it.
I guess it's risqué to photograph your scooter in front of
a gentlemen's club, but it's different than what I see in 99%
of the posted photos. So, it's just to stir things up a little.
It's also hard to find a den of iniquity that's as
large as a city block......
