Ideas: The little lights by driveways that have cells on them, those posts around many bridges have cells on them, some lit signs in rural/suburban areas have cells on them, police cameras on post often have them, some houses have them on roof, speed cameras, radar trailers set up by police, and of course some camping gear items or chargers for phones by your scooter.
